The process begins with the architect’s design.
The entire project is then designed internally then detailed using the systems software. The completed files are then readied for production and sent electronically to our mobile factories for manufacturing.
Colt Steel manufacturing creates each component of the building individually, labeling them according to their location within the structure for error free assembly and framing installation.
Every individual component is cut exact to length, service and fastener holes are pre-punched, studs pre-swaged, pre-notched and ready for quick and easy assembly.
The assembly process occurs either at an off-site factory or directly on-site. The components are fully assembled and screwed together to form panels, trusses, joists or stud and track.

Once the project structure framing is complete, it is now ready to be clad with any type of material, zero restrictions. 2/3 less labor, in 50% less time.
